Luxe Watchez operates a private catalogue and specialist advisory service. Prices are on application. There is no online checkout on this website.
Descriptions, imagery and availability are indicative. A piece remains available only until a placement is confirmed in writing.
Your use
You must be at least 18 years old to enquire. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials for competing commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
Editorial photography, copy, design and trademarks on this site belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and watch imagery remain the property of their respective maisons.
No authorised dealer status
Unless stated otherwise in writing for a specific piece, we are an independent specialist. We are not an authorised agent of Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet or any other maison shown in the catalogue.
Limitation
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in London have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
